How does a friendship change us? And what happens when a relationship that has been central to our lives begins to crack?

Friendships are some of the most significant relationships we have and at the same time some of the ones we talk about the least. This evening we explore the strength, fragility and changeability of friendship together with Sigrid Adamsson and Sidsel Ana Welden.

Based on Sigrid Adamsson's debut novelThe Clouds, a generational portrait about the relationship of two friends and what puts it at risk, and Sidsel Ana Welden's writing about the bonds that hold us up when life gets tough, we talk about caring, dependence, love and the invisible shifts in power that can occur in close relationships. Together, we explore what happens when a friendship changes.

Along the way, the audience is invited to share their own experiences and reflections, so that the evening becomes a joint study of the many forms of friendship.
