Fabula sells tickets to events through understory.io

Ticket and order confirmation will always be sent to the email address provided.

Responsibility for the ticket passes to you as the consumer at the time you receive the ticket.

Once you have paid for a ticket, the ticket will always be sent to the email address provided. If you do not receive an email, you should first check whether our email has ended up in your junk email or promotions folder. If it is not there, you can contact us directly for help.

Prices

VAT

All prices on fabula are stated in DKK and include VAT. Exceptions are experiences which, based on their content and nature, are exempt from VAT in accordance with the rules of the VAT Act.

Price and printing errors

We reserve the right to cancel the order if there is a material and/or manifest error on our website, social media, newsletters and other mailings. We reserve the right to cancel the order.

Right of Withdrawal and Cancellation

There is no right of cancellation on tickets and we do not refund purchased tickets. It is not possible to move tickets to another date. Cancelling fabula an event, the ticket price excluding fee is automatically refunded to the buyer. It may take up to a week before the money is paid out.

Cancellation of event

Safety and good conditions are top priority. However, unforeseen events can happen, e.g. in case of illness, special weather conditions and the like, where there is no choice but to cancel. Should that happen, you will be contacted by fabula by phone/SMS, email or it will appear as orienteering on our public channels.

Regardless of when the cancellation takes place, we will either offer an alternative date or refund the amount of your ticket.

Digital Security

Through our software provider Durable, we use SSL, and this means that your credit card information is processed encrypted.

If you pay by credit card, you are safe from misuse because you can refuse a payment through your bank. In addition, you have no deductible risk in the event that the credit card is misused in an online business that uses SSL. Fabula uses SSL, and this means that your credit card information is processed encrypted.

Requirements upon arrival for the experience

Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the start time of the experience. Upon arrival for the experience, be sure to be able to document your booking via your ticket or booking confirmation.

Personal information

  • We carry out the registration of your personal data in order to be able to deliver the goods to you.

  • The personal data will be registered with fabula and stored for five years, after which the data will be deleted.

When purchasing an experience on fabula, we need the following information:

We carry out the registration of your personal data for the purpose of delivering the goods to you. We ask for your phone number in order to be able to provide you with a good service if something unpredictable happens on the delivery of your order confirmation or on the day of your experience.

The personal data is registered with fabula and stored for five years, after which the data is deleted. If you have made use of your experience in the meantime, we will delete most of your information 30 days after the experience. We must keep your name and address for five years according to the Bookkeeping Act. When personal data is collected through our website, we ensure that it is always done by giving your explicit consent, so that you are informed about what information is being collected and why.

We do not store and transmit customer information encrypted. Information provided to fabula is not disclosed or sold, and we do not record any personal information. As a registered customer of fabula, you always have the right to object to the registration and you have the right to access what information is registered about you. You have these rights according to the Personal Data Act and inquiries in connection with this are directed to fabula via e-mail.

Your rights

In connection with purchases, identity and transaction information is stored in accordance with the legislation in force at all times.

If your information is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you have the right to have it corrected or deleted.

Cookies

fabula uses cookies for the purpose of optimizing the website and making the visit easy for you. You can delete cookies from your computer at any time.
