Krea Snak - Workshop

The workshop will be facilitated by Krea for Adults. Krea for Adults is an inclusive creative community where people across age, gender and artistic experience meet for creative activities and cosy togetherness. Krea for Adults is created by Cecilie Tchikai Lloyd at Kulturhuset KU.BE in Frederiksberg in autumn 2024.

Now Krea for Adults moves into fabula with a series of new workshops, where conversations about creativity and creative joy are given even more space. We provide all materials and tools, but you are of course very welcome to bring your own. As a participant, you always bring your own works home.

September 27, 2pm-5pm: Cyanotypy
Create cyanotype — one of photography's oldest techniques — and create beautiful blue prints that you can then experiment with tinting using coffee and turmeric, among other things. A creative workshop with space for contemplation, play and unique expressions.

October 18, 2 p.m. - 5 p.m.: Plaster relief
Create your own unique plaster relief by first pressing objects into clay and then casting the imprint in plaster. A sensual workshop where you work with shape and texture. You are very welcome to bring small personal items that you can incorporate into your relief.

November 8, 2pm-5pm: Bookbinding
Fold, sew and bind your own book with a mix of recycled materials, art paper and photographs. A creative workshop where you experiment with form, texture and narratives in the book's universe. You are very welcome to bring your own personal paper materials, such as letters, photos, posters or anything else that you can incorporate into your book.
