Danish Wine Festival organized by FAR and fabula

On November 7th, FAR and fabula invite you for the first time to a big festival celebration of Danish wine! Join us for the Danish Wine Festival, which is full of wines, food, conversations and some of the local producers who are currently shaping and giving flavour to a new wine scene in our northern latitudes.

In fields along coasts, on islands and between hills, grapes are grown in lime, clay and sand. The cool climate and long bright days give Danish wines freshness, acidity and character: wines that taste of the places and seasons they come from.

For the Danish Wine Festival, we bring together a number of talented winemakers from different parts of the country under the same roof in the cultural house fabula, which offers in their world of taste, local roots and knowledge. You get a glass in hand and can move around at your own pace: taste the wines, meet the producers and get closer to the fields, grapes and craft behind each bottle.

FAR serves food and snacks based on seasonal ingredients, created to eat and drink together. The wine bar stays open all day with a selection from the festival's producers.

The festival is for everyone who loves good wine and good food, and for those who are curious about what is happening with Danish wine, which is currently making a strong contribution shaped by unique flavors, new producers and a cooler climate.
