Conversations that changed history

This Wednesday we will be visited again by Hans Erik Havsteen and Anders Olling, who are behind the podcast Kongerækken and since 2015 have been communicating history in a way that is both engaging, entertaining and professionally sharp.

Over three evenings, the duo invites you into historical events that have changed the world, exploring how they left clues in history. Tonight, they delve into the stock market crash of 1929 - the event that has gone down in history as the symbol of the deepest crisis the world economy has ever experienced. They turn and twist what went wrong, how the crisis caused many to lose their entire economic base and lose everything. How did it come to shape our understanding of the world and what crises are?
