With a transportable kitchen set up in the square in front of Fabula, we invite you to a small show about the vegetables we have learned to overlook, avoid or be ashamed of. Glass cabbage, root vegetables, bitter leaves - what is hiding behind the ugly exterior and the misunderstood reputation?

Far's kitchen team demonstrates, tastes and tells. We take on the challenges that arise in the supermarket and at the everyday dinner table, and find our way forward through concrete techniques and shared curiosity.

Local wine, cider and kombucha are served.
